The fladen Junior open was held just up the coast last weekend. The event attracted 207 anglers who fished between the Astley Arms (Seaton Sluice Beach) and Beach Way (Blyth Beach).Twenty five of the youngsters weighed in 20 flounders, 9 plaice. 2 pipefish. 3 Turbot, two dabs for 5.324kg (11.5lb aprox)Overall winner was Declan Turley(Troon) five flounders 0.64kg £500 of Fladden tackle.
