There are currently 15 boats within the Whitby Charter skippers association licenced to take sea fishing trips from the port. So if its a days fishing on the distant wrecks in deep water for the big cod and ling, 10 hours uptiding, a days shark and tope fishing or just a few hours at sea then your spoilt for choice at Whitby.
My advice to anyone wanting to book a fishing trip is to take a look around at the skippers websites, or contact the skippers direct and see what is on offer.
